Since 1990, I have dedicated a large part of my career to helping Seniors make wise decisions about selling the family home, buying rental property, managing the capital gains and the estate implications of owning real estate, obtaining a reverse mortgage, moving to a senior community and other related issues facing the mature market. The Virginian-Pilot's business section recently published one of my columns on Seniors' real estate issues, and has helped to establishe me as the real estate agent Seniors can trust with their crucial decisions. I have also in the past, been a guest speaker for the Seniors Real Estate Expo at the Virginia Beach Pavilion, and for a Sentara Living Well quarterly meeting hosted by a local church, and have also participated in the Bon Secours' 7th Annual Successful Aging Forum at the Chesapeake Conference Center
